The personal data you choose to provide is initially controlled by Inside Software S.R.L., and it may be transferred to Inside Software organizations in Bucharest or Iasi. The relevant Inside Software organization ensures that your personal data is protected in accordance with the applicable law. In order to process the personal data you choose to provide, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties providing administration or other services. Such third parties are contractually required to use your personal data only for your benefit.

Inside Software does not otherwise provide your personal data to any un-affiliated third parties. While we use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data, Inside Software will have no liability for disclosure of any information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties. Inside Software reserves the right to disclose personal data in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this data is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other Inside Software website users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. We may disclose personal data without notice to you in response to a subpoena or when we believe in good faith that the law permits it or respond to an emergency situation.
