Image processing applications

• Image processing and image analysis application. Include a wide range of image processing features: colony counting, image analysis, pattern recognition, background correction and subtraction, surface 3D plot (lighting, shading, surface color interpolation), creating and manipulating video files. Application includes image and video acquisition modules for a large variety of cameras: Olympus, Cannon, Hamamatsu and COHU.

• Software application that manage complex business process for agricultural area companies. This application manages the process of receiving, processing and selling products based on same custom business rules. Technologies used: COM+ services and .NET technology for developing the products. The SQL Server it was used as database server.

DISKIS. Document managment system

DISKIS is a document/knowledge management system that allows a business to efficiently manage their documents and other information, by providing a range of solutions and services for scanning, archiving, document lifecycle management, and workflow. It is a multi-tier application based on Microsoft technology.
Technologies used: COM+ (Microsoft Transaction Server), COM, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Exchange Integration, Microsoft Office Integration (Outlook, Word). Developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0.

DBSpooler. Document creator

DBSpooler is an engine able to automatically create documents and send them to predefined destinations. The system is triggered by events from an external application using predefined rules. DBSpooler creates documents based on RTF/MS Word templates, by filling them with information specific to the triggering action, and sends the document to predefined destinations (printer, e-mail, DISKIS system). The system provides a high flexibility in defining the templates and rules for filling the documents with actual information. A powerful module of DBSpooler is also the mechanism for managing printers, printer settings (including on page level) and batch printing.
Technologies used: COM, Windows services. Developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0.
Goals: RTF parser / document generator, Printer server that allow send documents to printer in different combination , with printer settings at page level.

Focus. Helpdesk application

Focus is a help desk application, available in desktop and web based as well.
Technologies used: ASP.NET, Ajax (Microsoft ATLAS and in house Ajax mechanism as well), DHTML, JavaScript.

Iris.

IRIS is a recording and information system that supports users at taking daily decisions. It is a web based application.

Dahsboard.

Dashboard is a Web application that allow configuration of displaying widgets and ways that they can interact. This framework allows users to build easy their own Web sites and display dynamic information.

Decos.

Decos is a Debt Collection Management application dedicated to organizations involved in the process of collecting and managing past-due debts. Decos provides solutions for administrating Client and Debtor accounts, managing the company’s employees and their roles and rights in the system, generating documents and processing the daily tasks related to debt collection. The system also allows users to retrieve specific information on tasks, clients, debtors, action type, etc., and to generate reports on jobs and their status, employees and their assignments, payment history.
